FARMERS' AUCTIONEERING COMPANY.
+ The committee who are organising the flotation of the Farmers' Cooperative Auctioneering Company have made arrangements for one of their number, Mr Allen Bell, to visit the various cntres throughout the Waikato, 'J humes Valley and King Country and deliver addresses for the purpose of explaining details of the proposal to acquire the business of Messrs McNicol and o>. and turn it into a Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Company. As we mentioned in our report of the Waikato A. and P. Association's show, the interviews with farmers oil tbo show grounds met with the most gratifying success, about £1,900 worth of shares having been taken up during the two days, which brings the grand total to date to upwards of .£9.000. We underst ind that exceedingly few of those who have been already approached have failed to take up shares, which shows us that the farmers of Waikato are alive to the necessity of helping themselves and working on the oiudern iines so successfully adopted by the Farmers' Co operative Auctioneering Companies in various parts of the colony.
