HOUSING THE WORKING CLASSES.
LEGISLATION FORESHADOWED. LONDON, November 7. Replying to a deputation from the National Housing Reform Council. Sir H. C impbell-Bannerinau and Mr John Burns promised to stimulate local authorities to provide suitable "Tftceni'modation for the working classes. The Government was facilitating three private bills dealing with housing problems, and hoped shortly to legislate themselves.
