AMERICAN RACE RIOTS.
NEGRO BATTALION DIS. MISSED. NEW YORK, November 7. President Roosevelt has dismissed an entire negro battalion for declining to divulge the names of their comrades who were concerned in the rioting and shooting into houses at Brownville, Texas, where a citizen was killed.
