PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the Hamilton Borough Council will be held at the Counoil Chamber, Hamilton, at 7.30 p.m. on FRIDAY, the 30th day of November, 1906, to cinfirm a resolution passed by way of Special Order at a Special Meeting of the said Hamilton Borough Council on the 24th day of October, 1906, making a Special Rate for the purpise of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of i 56000 authorised to be raised by the Hamilton Borough Council under the above mentioned Ac'.b, for the following publio work, namely, the Sewerage and Drainage of portion of Hamilton West. Such Special Rate to be a epeoial rate of 3Jd in the pound (being the same special rate as is mado and levied by the Special Order of the said Council on the Bth day of April, 1906) upon the rateable value of a'l rats able property of the Borough of Hamilton, and to be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and to be payable half-yearly on the first day of April and October in each and every year during the currency of suoh loan, being a period of 41 years from the first day of February, 1908, or until the loan is fully paid off. A copy of the faid resolution by way of Special Order is open for inspection at the Borough Council Chamber, Hamilton, during office hours.
