GREAT LOCK-OUT.
20,000 IDLE. BRUSSELS, Sept. 18 Wool-washers at Verviers, Belgium, struck owing to the details of the apportionment of work iu the plack season not being acceptable. The textile manufacturers thereupon decided upon a general lock-out, throwing 20,000 operatives idle.
