THE TRANSVAAL.
BRITON v. BOER. LONDON, September 17. Mr Abe Bailey aud Sir Percy Fitzpatrick, the delegates from the Transvaal Progressive Party, who are now returning tc South Africa, were interviewed at Southampton. Mr Bailey complained of the Liberals' action in opposing any form of indentured labour for the development of the Transvaal. Sir Percy Fitzpatrick said he anticipated a small British majority on the main issues, owing to the presence of two clearly, defined policies and to the danger of the British allowing themselves to be split into factions wheu the Boer organisation (the Het Volk) is as solid as one man.
