ANARCHISTS IN FRANCE
♦ PROTECTING THE PRESIDENT. PARIS, September 17. Extraordinary precautious are being taken to protect from anarchists President Fallieres, who is now on a visit to Marseilles to open a colonial exhibition there. Houses along; the route of the procession have been searched for bombs, and six anarchists found in them were arrested.
