TURNIP STOCKING SALE. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report that at their annual sale of sheep and cattle for turnip stocking held at Ohaupo on Tuesday, they yarded 4000 sheep and 1600 cattle. There was a large attendance of buyers from Te Puke, Matamata, Morrinsville, Kawhia and all parts of the Waik&to. Sheep met a ready sale at late values, the entire catalogue changing ht ids before leaving the yard.
