THE PROPOSED FREEZING COMPANY

A meeting of the provisional directors of the proposed Auckland Farmers' Freezing Company was held yesterday morning at Hamilton. There was a full attendance.

The Chairman (Mr J. Barugh) reported the interview held by the delegates on their recent visit to Auckland.

It was decided to print 500 copies of the articles of association, 5000 copies of the prospectus, and to advertise the Company through the leading provincial papers.

Arrangements were made regarding the subjects to be dealt with by the directors who are to speak at the meeting in Auckland on the 30th inst.
