PENING OF THE ROTORUA RAILWAY.
C(|tRMPONDENTJ| "'' Auckland; ' Mb C. Hudson, District Traffic Manager of the Railways, received a telegram from the Commissioners intimating that; the opening of the completed Rotorua' railway line is definitely fixed for Saturday next, and [that the ; Premier) desires that'the. train may get to Rotorua "as early as possible. In reply Mr Hudson has telegraphed to .Wellington, proposing that;there shall be a train leaving Auckland for Rotorua at 7 o'clock on Saturday morning, timed, > arrive at Rotorua at 3 o'clock on Saturday afternoon, and in addition the ordinary train will'run, leaving Auckland at 9.35 and "arriving at Rotorua 7.15 p.m. on Saturday. These are the proposals submitted by Mr Hudson, and no doubt they will be adopted. I
