Entries for Nos. 1, 3,5,6, 7.12,13, 16, and 17 to be left with the Secretary, Hamilton, on or before the 14th December, at 6 p.m., with performances, colours and entrance money enclosed. Should same colours be worn by more than one competitor, a distinguishing badge to be worn. Handicaps will appear in The Waikato Times, of 18th December, 1894. Acceptances to be made to the Secretary, before 11 a.m. on 26th December. Entries for No. 13 to close at 2 p.m. on 26th December. 4. All other events post entries. 5. Protests to be lodged with the Secretary within 15 minutes after conclusion of the together with a deposit of 10s, which deposit will be forfeited if the protest is not sustained. No horses to be admitted to the course except competitor's, and only then during the Trot and High Jump, and after each event they must be removed from the square. 7. Competitors failing to send true and particular account of performances will be disqualified. 8.
