Messrs A. Auckland & Sons' Weekly Report.—At the Haymarket, maize has brought 2s to 2s 2d: oats, Is lid ; wheat, 2s lOcl bushel; bone manure, £3 10s; bonedust,'£slos; bran. £2los; chaff, £2lßs to £3 19s ton. On Friday horse stock were dull of sale and without alteration in price. A choice draft colt reached £2l; useful riding and harness horses trmn £8 to £l2; the 'bus brought £3B, and the horses £9 to £l2 each. On Tuesday, consequent on heavy consignment from Sydney, the prices of hides fell seriously ; sound ox hides mostly ranged from 2d to 2£d ; cow hides, lid to 2d lb ;' bones, 2s Gd to h ; tallow, ]£).<"cwt., The depressing advice of wool sales from home also lowered our values both for skins and wool. At Pukekobe on Monday an unusually large muster of cattle met willing buyers, and satisfactory prices resulted. At Rumuera, on Thursday, dairy cattle were offered numerously, and at late values, Prices ranged from £3 5? to £G 12s Gd each. Store cattle, in demand, fully kept late values. Few young. calves offered. Fat calves, in usual number, were better worth. Fat cattle, in moderate supply, 140 yarded, scarcely kept late values, from 19s to 20s 1001b were the ruling prices. Sheep, in full number, 1300 varded, were dull of sale, but kept-last week's values. Wethers ranged from 8s to 14s Gd ; ewes, Gs 9d to lis 9d each. Lambs, in average supply, 300 yarded, ranged in price from 5s to 12s 3d each. Pigs, in moderate number, all of good quality maintained their late values; porkers ranged from 17s to 30.< each.

Horses: There has been increased animal tinnin the market, and a good many sales effected, but with little or no alteration in value. Rather a large number were submitted by auction at the Durham Yards on SaturJay, and most of the lots were cleared. We quote hacks at from £4 5s to £l4. A well growu colt by Brigadier realised £3l. The Newmarket yards were moderately full on Tuesday, and bidding was spirited. We quote: Dairy cows from £4 to £7 10s; dry cows, £2 10s to £3 55,; calves, 18s to £1 10s'; grown steers, £4 to £5 5-. Beef, £1 to £1 2s lOOlh. Some averages of steers were. £9 8s 9d, £8 lGs 3d, £Bls*. £8 7s Gd, £8 5< Bd, £8 0s 4d, £7l4s H £6lss sd; cows, £G 10>, £6, £5 7s Gd, £5, Sheep: The Newmarket pens, were well filled on, Tuesday, and prices were slightly in favour of the vendor. We, quote: Wethers, 9s Gd to' 15s 3d; ewes, G< 3d to lis Gd : lamh<,4< Gd to lis Gd. Pigs: Scarce, sold at from 17s to £1 10s ?ach.
