All races to be run under the Auckland Racing Club's rules. ■ All disputes to be decided by the Stewards whose decision will be final. Every protest to be accompauicd by lsov., which will be forfeited if the protest be not sustained. No nomination or acceptance will be received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. Nominations, for the- first, third and sixth events will close with the Secretary on December Bth. Weights will appear in The Waikato Times on or about Tuesday. December 11th.
