It U alleged that Thomas caught hold of Olson s horse's bridle, ami said " I din tho highwayman," Olson told the man to let go. Other sottlcrs coming up the man docamped. Olson said lie knew thn man s voicß. find M Thomas finvsttd. Tho mail was remanded till Monday next.
