Warspite, flagship in tho Pacific station, is startling in its details of cruelties and indignities to which crews of sealers seized by Russians off Copper Island were subjected It also alleges that prize crews placed on board the sealers pillaged the cabins of the officers, and removed anything of any value. Later. The Times, discussing the seizure of sealers oiF Copper island, insists that Jitissia should bo made to apologise for the insults to the British flag, and should indemnify tho crows.
