The amount withdrawn by depositors on Tuesday was much smaller than on Monday. The amount of deposits in the TSirkbeck Bank yesterday was £20,000. A slight run continues. Under a mil lion has been withdrawn. September 1.;. There have only been 1200 withdrawn out of (i;i,()'l() accounts in the Birkbick Bank. Later. The run on the Birkbeck Bank has stopped. The total amount of redeposits exceeds £700.000.
