The steamer Scandia lias arrived here from Hamburg;, and reports that 32 deaths from cholera occurred on the voyage. President Harrison lms intimated that if the shipping companies persist in bringing immigrants from infected places, it will result in vessels being denied entrance to nil American port. September 1!. Four more deaths have occurred on the steamer, Scandia. and several cases on the Guioii liner Wyoming. St. Petkisskuko, September 10. The bravery of the Czar and Czarina in visiting the cholera patients has provoked an outburst of enthusiasm and patriotic eulogy.
