(HT KI.KCTRIC TELKtiHAI'H.—COP\ RIGHT.) St. Petersburg, July 18. It is reported another Russian expedition, under Captain Janoff, has started for the Pamir country. London*, July IS. The Calcutta correspondent of the Times suggests that the Ameer of Afghanistan should be compelled to come to some arrangement with the Viceroy of India for the delimitation of the frontier on the Oxus and in the Painir.
