Notice of issue of a summons AGAINST A RATE DEFAULTER, Public notification is hureby made, in terms ot Section 34 of " The Rating Act, 1962," that a Summons has been taken out on behalf of the Chairman, Members, and Inhabitants of the Kirikiriroa Road District against Noah An'derton', or owner of Section 58, Parish of Komokorau, for Rates, amounting to four shillings and twopence (4s 2d), and costs.
