Notice is hereby given that, by a proclamation, .in terms of Section 4, " Public Works Acts Amendment Act, 1887," under the hand of-His Excellency the Governor, dated 9th" March, 1890, and published in: the. New Zealand Gazette of 20th March, 1890, the BRIDGE known as the Whatawhata Bridge, over the Waipa River, between the Counties of Waipa and Raglan, was placed under the exclusive care, control and management of the Raglan County Council as from 31st March, 1890, and by the said proclamation it was fixed and determined that the Raglan County Council shall provide sixty-six per centum and the Waipa County Council thirty-four per centum respectively of the: cost of maintaining the Bridge.
