The Emperor has informed the Emperor .Fnypcis Joseph of Austria and King Humbert of Italy that the recent change of Chancellors will not affect the foreign policy of Germany. , • • It is reported? that. Count Kalnoky, Austrian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Signor Crispi, Premier of Italy, and Herr Caprivi, svho succeeds Prince Bismarck, will shortly meet to discuss the situation. : March 25.
