FIJI APPEAL CASE.
McARTHUR AND COMPANY V. CORNWELL. (by telegraph.—own correspondent). Auckland, Last Night. , Nkws has been received in Auckland from Fiji that the appeal in the great land case between Messrs McArthur and Co. and Cornwall resulted in the reduction of damages from £41,000 to £15,000, which the counsel refuse.? to accept. MoArthur and Co., defendants, are appealing to the Privy Council.
