Notice is also given that the above Committee has authority troir. the Board to charge anyone over the age of 14 years the sum of sixpence for admission on the above date. Any person who shall enter the said reserve on that day without having paid the fee for admission as heieby advertised will be liable to a penalty of any sum not exceeding £1, which may be, recovered in a summary way.
