Public notice is hereby given that the EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE PABK RESERVE at the Hamilton Lake, and known as the Lake Reserve, is granted, on application, to the Waikato Anniversary Swimming Committee, for TUESDAY, the '29th inst., for the purpose of holding their Annual Swimming Races, &e. Notice is also given that the above Committee has authority from the Board to charge anyone over the age of I*l years the sum of sixpence for admission on the above date. Any person who shall enter the said reserve on that clay without having paid the fee for admission as hereby advertised will be liable to a penalty of any sum not exceeding £1, which may be. recovered in a summary way.
