The Judicial Committee of the Privy Council dismissed the appeal brought by Mr A. G. Taylor, member of the New South Wales Legislature, against the decision in the case Taylor v. Barton, in which Mr Taylor claimed damages against Mr Barton, the Speaker, for suspending him. Costs were given against Taylor.
