vweiu, Monday. The Stavtford relief committee have decided to divide the settlers who arc given relief into three ela»»es. The first contains those deemed best able to bear their losses, the second tho>e to whom assistance is necessary to enable them to get through the winter, but \vh<> are not absolutely destitute, and the third class those who are absolutely destitute, or would \ery soon become so but for assistance of funds.
