Robert Henry Keeuan was charged with counselling, abetting, and procuring Mary Ann Smith to commit the robbery. _ This is a case in which a settler from Hokianga came in to get a wife, and alleges be wa*> robbed by the accusrd female who had been introduced to him by Keenan. The case was nut concluded.
