NOTICE UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1882. It is proposed to CLOSE A ROAD running between Sections No. 246 and 247, Parish of Kirikiriroa. Plans of the road proposed to be closed will be on view at the office of the Kirikiriroa Road Board, Captain McPherson's residence, Kirikiriroa, for eight weeks from this date. A. TT^AIPA COUNTY COUNCIL. Special Order re Bridge Traffic. Notice is hereby given that, at the meeting of the Waipa County Council to be held at Ohaupo on TUESDAY, February 9th, 1886, the following Resolution will be proposed :—: — " That the following By-law he made to regulate the traffic over Bridges : " • That all persons riding or driving over any Bridge under the control of the Council shall do so only at a walking pace.' " Any person infringing this By-law shall be deemed guilty of an offence, and shall, upon conviction, forfeit and pay a sum not exceeding £1 for each offence, to be recovered in the manner provided by the 208 th section of • The Counties Act, 1876.'" T7-IRIKIRIROA ROAD BOARD. Extension of Time. No, 1. Putting iv two sets of two foot pipes on the HukauuiTaupiri Road below Rumney's, and filling iv over same, removing old bridges, &c. Pipes to be delivered to contractor at Taupiri. No. 2. Eighty chains more or less of road forming on the River Road, between Kennys and the Flax Mill Bridge.
