In the House of Commons to-day, Sir Michael Hicks-Beach gave notice that on Thursday next he would ask the House to grant precedence to move a bill, having for its object the suppression of the Irish National League, and to prevent the terrorism now prevalent in Irelaud. He announced that the Land Purchase Bill would speedily follow.
