PUBLIC NOTIFICATION is hlre\ MAiifc, in terms of Section 34 of " The Rating Act, ISS2," that summonses have been taken out on behalf of the chairman, membeis, and inhabitants of the Tuhikaramea Road District, against the undermentioned persons, or owners of the undermentioned lots in the Parish of Tuhikaramea, to attend the Resident Magistrate's Court holdeu at Alexandra on Fiiolay, the 31st July, ISBO, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, to answer the demand of the said chaiiman, members and inhabitants for rates due to the said chairman, members, and inhabitants. The said defendants are also required to have and pioduce to the court the original noticcsof demand.
