The Waipa County Council hereby give notice that it is their intention on Tuesday, May 13th, 1884, to make a Special and Annually Recurring Rate of one one hundred and seventy seventh (l-177th) of a penny in the pound, the said rate to be continuous for ten years, and payable in one instalment on the first day of May in each year.
