Have been favoiued with instructions to sell, at their Malt, Queeii-stnet, Auckland, on Wednesday, the '27th day of Febuiaty instant, at 12 noon, by order of the Registiar aforesaid, ALL THAT FIRST-CLASS IMPROVED FARM, situated at Rangiachia, in the Waikato district, and now in the occupation of Mr Andrew Ramsay. The Farm consists of 300 actes, being allotments Nos. 192, 193, 19."), 190, 197. and 19S, of the Parish of Piuuu, the whole of which '8 fenced .and sub diwdcd into suitable-sized paddocks, and is in good glass and cultivation.
