London, Jannary 28. A fearful hurricane passed over England, and caused an immense destruction of property, the havoc in some places being complete. Numerous wrecks occurred on the coast, and it is feared that some loss of life has resulted. Fears are entertained for the safety of the ship City of Lucknow, whic'i was in collision with the ship im'a.
