[BY TELEGRAPH. — OWN COKUKSPONDKNT.] Te Anom, Monday Night. Mn Graham, of the Waitoa .store, had hi.s arm broke to-day in crossing the Te Aroha punt. Tho horse he was riding sprang forward before the punt was quite alongside, and caused the lider to fall. The fracture which was not a severe one, was soon set again by Dr. Cooper. The traffic on the tramway was. reopened this morning, but heavy rain coining on, diove the men from their work. Operations were resumed too in the Werahiko mine, stoping between the upper and intermediate level. Heavy rain is falling on the hill, and the weather looks bad. *-
