CHRISTCHURCH, Monday.
The annuil meeting of the Canterbury Female Refuge was held to day, the Primate in the chair. The report showed an income, including subscriptions, £194, and the Government subsidy of £250, of £789. The expenditure was £755. In the reftigf theie were 35 inmates during the year, 9 remaining ; in the reformatory there were 13 during the year, 5 remaining.
