The half yearly i pport of the Colonial B.mk shows that t!ie net profits are £10.241 4s lOd. Ihe amount available is £17.497 14s, which is recommended to be appropriated as follows ; —Payment dividend at 7 per cent., £14,000 ; to the reserve fund £1000 ; and balance carried forward, £2499 14s.
