HAWERA, Wednesday.
Judgment in the great seed case — Buchanan v. Laird—was delivered today. This was a rehearing, and the magistrate adhered to his former decision ill favour of the plaintiff, who recovers £100 from the defendant, for having supplied him with wrongly described seed. Notice of appeal was given,
