All Dogs within the Borough require,_ under the provisions of the above act, to be registered annually on the Ist Januarj each year. New collars (fee 10s) may now be obtained from the police officers on either side the borough. Owners not registering their Dogs within 21 days ol this notice are liable to be summoned by the police for a breach of (he act, the full penalty of which is £6 fine.
