The fifteen yearly payments lequneil to be made to the Government w ill be £18, and the Special Rate required to meet them will be one-fifth of a penny in the £ upon the uitable value of all ratable pi opei ty in the distiiot. NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Kihikihi Road Boaid, in tei ms of sections 93 and 94, and subsections theieof, of "The Public Works Act, 1882," to CLOSE that portion of Bryce-sticet, in the Town of Kihikihi, running East fiom Oliver-Street, between allotments 220, 221, and 222 on the Noith, and allotments 228, 241, 240 on the South ; thence through Dick-street, and between allotments 301, 302, 303 on the Noith, and allotments 380, 379, 378, 377 on the South to Atkinson-street. And, also, that portion of Dick-steeet extending North from Grey-street, and running between allotments 235, 236, 237, 238, 239, 240 on the West, and allotments 370, 369, 368, 467, 380, on the East toßryce-street, and thence, between allotments 222, 223, 225, on tho West, and allotments 361, 360, 359, on the East to North -street.
