LONDON, December 7. —Consols remain at 100)j. —New Zealand securities are quoted as follow* :—5 per cent, 10-40 loan, 105; 5 |»r cent. 1879-lflOi loan 101$; 4 per cent inscribed stock, 100^.—The market rate ot discount has further advanced £, and is" id>\f 2}t per cent. The bank rato is 3 per cent. —Wheat is steady at the following pricM :—Adelaide, ex store, 465; New Zealand ditto, 28s fid to 43s (id. Adelaide flour, ex warohouse 31s. —The total quantity of wheat afloat for Great Britain is 1,810,000 quarters, a decrease of 440,000 Quarters as compared with last week. — VSwtittih pig iron has fallen 6d( per ton, ami it now quoted at 47«, f.o.b. in the Clyde. Galvanised iron, 26 gauge, packed in cases, f.o.b. in London, £18 10s. —At to-day's 'wool sale 11,200 bales were offered. Prices continue firm. London, December B. —There are no changes to report in the markets for colonial securities or produce. —The colonial wool sales closed to-day with a hardening -tendency in prices generally. During the series 150,000 bales have been sold, and 10,000 bales held over for the next sales.
