CONDITIONS.

Enhance fee for Hurdles, New Year Haudicap, Trotting Handicap, and Steeplechase, to be forwarded with nomination and colours, age and pedigree of liorse, addressed to the Secretary, Postoificc, Cambridge, not later than Monday, the 17th December, ISB3. Weights will appear in Waikato papers on Satin day, 22nd December, 1883. Acceptance money and entrance for Publicans' Puise payable to Secretary on Fiiday, 28th December, 1883. Weights for Publican**' Purse will be declared after the New Year Handicap has been run for, and acceptance will be received up to a quarter-of-an-hour before the race. In the event of a walk over, only 50 per cent, of the stakes will be paid. No entry will be leceived except upon the condition that all claims, disputes and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be_final._ All piotests must be accompanied with a deposit of ' 2 soys, which will be forfeited to the tunch of the Club should the Stewards consider the piotest frivolous or vexatious.
