The Whakamaru Re-hearing. This case is still proceeding. With the exception of one witness Dr. Bailer's case has now closed, and Mr Slu'chan's ca&e may be expected to commence to-morrow (Saturday.)
Te Waotu No. 2. His Honour the Chief Judge stated nothing would be done it) this case until the Whakamaru had been finished. It will most probably, therefore, not be called until Tuesday.
