HOKITIKA, Last Night.
A fire broke out at Rimu this morning. Costello's hotel, Mahers qottage, Cullen's store, and Sargent's house were burned. The insurances are supposed to be £730 on Costello,, and £300 on Cullen's property in the' 'Fire •tns'uVaiicb Association of London, and £100 on Mahers in the South, British. Mahor had a narrow 1 escape of being burnedl, as he was asleep when the fire broke out., The fire is sapposed to have originated in Costello's billiard-room.
