Eolations between the Austrian and Routu&aiau Groiwnmeat? #r<? at the present time much strained, over a question of the navigation of the Danube. The Austrian Government has in the meantime suspended all diplomatic communications with the Roumanian Principality until the Austrian Premier ha* examined into the points m dispute between the two countries.
