TO Ratepayers of the Kirikiriroa Highway District. Take Notice that the Road Board Trustees propose, under provisions contained in Section 4 of the " Public Works Act, 1880," to CLOSE A ROAD running through Lots 43 and 55, and to take land for the purpose of opening a new road through Lots 42 and 55, Parish of Kirikiriroa. Nominations, with entranc money, will be received by the Secretary, at the Criterion Hotel, Cambridge, until Saturday, the 17th September, at 8 p.m., and the draw will be held on Tuesday, the 20th September, at 8 p.m. The Stakes will be run under the rnles of the Auckland Coursing Club.
