At the Government House at Wellington, this Twenty-sixth day of April, 1881. Present : His Excellency the Governor-in-Coukcil. WHEREAS it has been made to appear that certain things required to bo done by tho "The Rating'n Act, 1876," in connection with the preparation and revision of the valuation rolls for the highway districts in the County of Haglan cannot be done by or within the times mentioned in the said Act : Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers vented in him by the said " Rating Act, 1876," and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby extend the time within which objections to the valuation rolls of the said highway districts may be delivered at the place of the sitting 1 of the Assessment Courts until the second day of May, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-one.
