The Legislative Council to-night passed a resolution declining to receive the Betotm Bill from the Assembly'for consideration, on the ground that the question had already been dealt with during the present session, and', moreover, because the, Souse was of opinion, that such-a measure should have oeen initiated in the Council, and not in the' Assembly.
