The Greek Frontier Question. Athens, March 23.
M. Loumoundouros, tho Premier, made a speech dealing with the prosent negotiations for tho settlement of tke frontier difliculty with Turkey. In the course of his remarks, ho expressed an opinion that, though there was every possibility that Greece would jbo compelled to go to war to exorcise her right, an outbreak of hostilities with Turkey was not inevitable, and might be avoided by negotiations.
