Thuksday. — (Beforo His Honor Judge Symonds). The whole of the morning sitting was occupied in hearing claims of hapus to the Whakamaru-Maungaiti block, and the afternoon sitting in going .through the lists of the Whaiti-Kurunui block, the business being of no public importance.
