The War in Transvaal. Cape Town, March 17.
Intelligence has been received from Natal that negotiations between the Boers and Sir Evelyn Wood had satinfactory results. The Boers leaders have now given general consent to the conditions of peace laid down by the British. They have, however, res§rjjed points for further consideration.
